Traditional Irish Breadmaking

You’ll be learning how to make and bake a variety of traditional griddle breads. As our soda breads, wheaten and potato breads are made on the griddle, they are all ready to eat within 15 minutes of making them. There is no need to weigh or measure anything – we make these breads by hand in the traditional way.

Step inside and be greeted by the warmth of exposed beams and the inviting ambiance of a wood-burning stove. Our open-plan kitchen living area provides a well-appointed space for you to unwind and relax. Indulge in modern comforts with a sleek wet room and two double bedrooms, including one with twin beds and another with a comfortable double bed. With your own front door and private parking, you'll have the freedom to come and go as you please. Plus, our courtyard patio area offers the perfect spot to enjoy some outdoor tranquility.
